Since its establishment in 1993, by Paul Mercandetti, PPM Associates, Inc. (PPMA). has been a privately held company created to provide the latest and best resources in communications, security products and solutions to the education, commercial and government marketplaces.

and system integrator of data security, compliance, local and remote storage and networking solutions, PPMA provides its clients with mission critical as well as day to day security solutions for all of their data – in transit as well as at rest.

Prior to establishing PPM Associates, Paul, held senior positions in several high technology companies. In his previous capacities as VP Sales and Marketing, VP of Sales, Director of Global Accounts and World-Wide Strategic Account Manager, he excelled in and was recognized for providing the highest level of service and the best solutions to his clients. During more than 25 years in sales and marketing, Paul has also held staff and board appointments with a number of start up communications companies in New England and Silicon Valley where he provided critical expertise to define successful sales and marketing goals and distribution channels. Joseph S. Scali, Chief Financial Officer
Joseph Scali is responsible for financial operations at PPM Associates, Inc. He has an MBA from Boston University. Mr. Scali has over 20 years experience in industry, finance and technology.
Joseph has managed personal investment portfolios and written investment research reports at a Boston based investment bank, as well as work as a controller for a high technology start-up. He is a past faculty member at the New England College of Finance and guest lectured at Boston University ’s Executive MBA program. Mr. Scali has been a member on the Elizabeth Peabody House's Board of Directors for 16 years.
Russ Cramer - Regional Sales Manager
Russ Cramer is a degreed engineer, who has many years of electronic design as well as computer sales and management experience.
During his career, Russ designed, tested and built electronic subsystems. He also sold hardware, software and computer systems to end-users and OEM's in the government, commercial and educational markets. Data General (now EMC Corp.), National Security Agency (TSC security clearance), USAF, Digital Equipment (now HP), Eastman Kodak (Secret security clearance), NEC, and Wall Data are firms for which he worked.
A sample of the diverse client base he worked with are: Aetna, Analog Devices, Arthur D. Little Systems, The Boston Police Department, Canadian Tire, Liberty Mutual, Motorola of Canada, GE Canada, Smith Kline Beecham, Lechmere, LTX, Siemens, Philips, and Black Box Corporation.
Russ holds a BSEE from Lehigh University and a Master's Degree in Engineering Administration from George Washington University.
